RETURN /EXCHANGE POLICY:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please email us ASAP at info@reflexred.com and we will make it right.

PAYMENT TYPES:

We accept all major credit cards.

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED SALES TAX?

Unfortunately we too have to pay the piper, if you live in Texas, California or North Carolina we have to collect sales tax from you, we hate it, but thats life..thanks for understanding.

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? YES and NO...

Unfortunately we do not offer shipping over seas at this time. Please sign up for our email list  to stay up to date if this changes. There is one exception to this...FPO and APO addresses will receive shipment. To all armed services members stationed over seas we will figure out a way to get you your order. email us at info@reflexred.com so we can get your details.

WHY DOES MY SHIRT SMELL WEIRD?

This is a result of our printing process, give it a run through the washing machine on cold, and it should go away.

HOW DO OUR SHIRTS FIT?

We think these are the most comfortable best fitting shirts out there, believe me, we have tried them all. With that said they are not overly boxy, and not slim fit.. so if you are a big guy like me, you may want to size up. Please be sure to check out our sizing guide, so when you get your shirt you can start wearing it.
